Mass production
Equipped with automated production lines and a rigorous quality control system, we realize end-to-end mass production from raw material processing, molding, cutting to finished product inspection. We flexibly adjust production plans for different order volumes (from 1,000-unit to 10,000-unit batches) to ensure precise delivery cycle control. Real-time performance testing (e.g., impact absorption test, wear resistance test) during production guarantees that each batch meets technical standards and customer requirements. Additionally, we provide comprehensive after-sales service and replenishment support to meet customers' large-scale market launch needs.
Material Customization
Leveraging RZLABs' core "secondary bond" molecular structure technology, we provide end-to-end customized solutions from material formulation R&D to prototype development. Tailored to the protective needs of different sports scenarios such as skiing and cycling, we precisely regulate the material's impact absorption performance (up to over 90%), flexibility, and durability. Customization options include material thickness, hardness, color, and surface texture to meet the personalized protective requirements of various protective gear products, ensuring optimal matching between material performance and application scenarios.
Product Mold Design
Based on the structural characteristics and assembly requirements of customers' protective gear products, we offer integrated services from mold scheme design, 3D modeling to mold processing optimization. Adopting high-precision 3D scanning and simulation technology, we ensure micron-level mold dimensional accuracy, adapting to different production volume needs (pilot-scale, small-batch, and mass production). Meanwhile, we optimize mold runners and cooling systems in line with material properties to improve product molding efficiency and consistency, shorten R&D cycles, and reduce production costs.
CE Certification
We provide one-stop CE certification services for protective pad products. Covering test plan formulation, sample submission, and technical documentation preparation (including product manuals, test reports, and quality management system documents), we professionally liaise with certification bodies throughout the process. Ensuring compliance with relevant EN standards (e.g., EN 1621-1 for ski protective gear, EN 14120 for cycling protective gear), we facilitate efficient certification completion to accelerate product market entry in Europe.
